Dozens Of Migrants Die After Boat Sinks off Sicily

However, certain events demand a mention. Today a ship caught fire off the coast of Lampedusa and sank. It was carrying 500 people looking for a better chance in life. At least 90 of them, including children, died. The victims were mostly from Eritrea, Ghana and Somalia, the Italian authorities said. More than 200 people are still missing, officials said.
