When talking about the clocks going forward and backward, we can use the expressions:

-  cambiare l’ora - change the clocks

-  mettere un’ora in avanti/indietro - put the clock an hour forward/backward

-  spostare avanti/indietro le lancette dell’orologio - move the clock hands forward/backward

In the UK, the period when the clocks are one hour ahead is called L’ora solare. When the clocks go back, it is L’ora legale. 

In ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½, the time will change on March 27th, 2016, so don't forget to turn your clocks one hour ahead around 2am!
